Here’s the relevant info:

Social Security, Medicaid and food stamps would be exempt from the automatic cuts, but payments to doctors, nursing homes and other Medicare providers could be trimmed, as could subsidies to insurance companies that offer an alternative to government-run Medicare.

That’s all you need to know.  As Ron Paul correctly points out, this “deal” contains no real cuts.  If any real cuts occur, they will be cuts from defense, NASA and other legitimate programs, but ZERO CUTS from Democrat vote buying giveaway programs.
